Egg Bake

We love this dish for breakfast or brunch, but let’s be real - eggs are delicious all day long! Don’t have time to get this all prepped and ready for your morning meal? Give it a try for dinner! Pair it with some fresh fruit and toast to complete the meal.

8-12 eggs (depending on size of baking dish) 
1 cup spinach 
1 cup diced red bell pepper 
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper 
2 chopped chicken sausages 
½ tsp salt 
¼ tsp pepper 
¼ tsp onion powder 
¼ tsp garlic powder 
½ - 1 cup cheese 

Other veggies & meat options: potatoes, kale, tomatoes, bacon, turkey sausage

Preheat your oven to 350. Grease a baking dish and set aside. 

In a pan, over medium heat, sautee veggies and chicken sausage until cooked/soft. Remove meat and veggies from heat and set aside to let cool.

In a bowl, whisk eggs together. Add cooled veggie and chicken sausage mixture, cheese, and seasoning to eggs and combine. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins.
