Easy Chicken Parmesan

While diet culture tends to demonize convenience foods, here at BNT we’re all about making it easy to fuel your body with quick, delicious options. This recipe uses frozen breaded chicken breasts to bring together a restaurant-style meal with minimal effort… and minimal dirty dishes!

  • 4 frozen breaded chicken breasts (Some brands we love are: Just Bare, Tyson, and Kirkwood brand from Aldi)

  • 4 slices of fresh Mozzarella cheese

  • Tomato/marinara sauce of choice (about 1 cup)

Cook chicken per the instructions on the bag. Move to a lined baking sheet and top with ¼ of the sauce and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese.

Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Make it a meal: Serve over pasta with veggie of choice.
